Data Deletion Request

How the Process Works

1. Send an email to ricardomendivil@gmail.com with subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include the email address linked to your account.
2. We will confirm receipt of your request within 5 business days and may ask you to verify your identity.
3. All personal data — including your account profile, stored social media tokens, metrics history, and any AI-generated reports — will be permanently deleted.
4. You will receive a final confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

What Gets Deleted

Upon a verified deletion request, we permanently erase:

• Your account credentials (email, encrypted password).
• Connected social media OAuth tokens (Meta, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
• All metrics and analytics data associated with your account.
• AI-generated insights and strategy reports tied to your profile.
• CRM entries and contact records linked to your account.

Aggregated or anonymized data that cannot be linked back to you may be retained for service improvement purposes.

Revoking Meta Access

If you connected a Facebook or Instagram account through Virtua and want to immediately revoke our access — without waiting for the deletion process — you can do so directly in your Facebook settings:

• Go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites.
• Find Virtua in the list and click Remove.
• This immediately revokes all OAuth tokens we hold for your account.

Revoking access in Facebook does not delete the historical data already stored in our systems. To delete that data, please also send us a deletion request as described above.
